Intern Development HIL/SIL in Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)

Our department at Mercedes-Benz in Immendingen is responsible for validating driver assistance systems (ADAS). We are looking for support in developing HIL/SIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop/Software-in-the-Loop) test systems. The work can start from March 2027.

• Maintenance, deployment and further development of HIL/SIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop/Software-in-the-Loop) systems for testing driver assistance systems
• Analysis of error states
• Design and integration of new features
• Further iterative optimization of the tools based on feedback
• Identification and resolution of weak points

• Electrical engineering, engineering psychology or a comparable degree program
• Knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design), Vector vTESTstudio, Python, Docker and Linux is an advantage
• Confident German and English skills, spoken and written
• Confident knowledge of MS Office
• Class B driver's license is an advantage
