Intern Global Production Strategy

In Global Production Strategy, Mercedes-Benz shapes its industrial future. The Productivity Management & Projects Mercedes-Benz Operations team steers initiatives to improve operational KPIs and digitalize processes in workforce productivity, from the idea to implementation at production sites worldwide.

• Help develop the strategy in the global production network
• Analyze and prepare management KPIs from worldwide production together with the production sites
• Maintain and further develop management dashboards, for example with Power BI
• Prepare and support management committees and decision meetings
• Help with projects and initiatives with a focus on project management
• Further develop planning processes in global production strategy

• Degree program in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field
• First practical experience in the automotive environment, for example in industrial engineering, production, planning or project management
• Very good MS Office skills, Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German and English, spoken and written
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Affinity for working with numbers
• Structured, careful and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills
