Our HR Consulting team is responsible for the strategic advice of managers at the Bremen plant as well as personnel and organizational development. Together with the business, we drive future topics and transformation at the Bremen site. We are a team of seven employees at the Bremen site and look forward to your support. • You support our HR Consulting team in planning, organizing and implementing a learning and development program for managers at the Bremen site. This includes in particular:
• Program and project organization as well as coordination with service providers and trainers
• Maintenance of participant lists, program information and training materials
• Contributing own ideas and impulses as well as support in developing new approaches
• Participation in evaluation of feedback
• Contributing your previous expertise in organizational development and your external perspective
• Regular participation in team meetings and close cooperation with colleagues in daily business

• Degree program in Psychology, Business Psychology, Economics or a comparable degree program
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• First practical experience, ideally in HR environment of an international company
• Quick comprehension and independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Interest in culture, personnel and organizational development topics
• Commitment, initiative and enjoyment of teamwork
