Intern in Action Management

The Action Management area (Sindelfingen, Bremen, South Africa and external sites) is responsible for the quality assurance of already produced vehicles that are still at the plant or on external sites. This includes cross-department coordination and hands-on implementation of defect-correction measures, from software updates and inspections to replacing hardware components. The role can start from March 2027.

• Reporting KPIs to manage processing capacities at the plant and on external sites
• Further developing existing reports with Power BI and Excel VBA
• Supporting the Action Management team in coordinating plant actions
• Controlling vehicle releases in connection with certification blocks
• Creating and preparing management documents
• Helping coordinate quality-relevant measures on vehicles

• Studying business engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, business administration or a comparable degree program
• Confident German and English, spoken and written
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI and VBA is an advantage
• Commitment and teamwork
• Communication skills plus an analytical mindset and strategic way of working
• Independent and structured way of working
• Affinity for technical questions
• A good sense for the design and layout of professional presentations
• Occasional willingness to travel to our external site in Kippenheim
