Intern Production Planning Structural Parts Powertrain & Chassis (Mandatory Internship)

At the Untertürkheim plant beats the heart of the automobile. Here axle parts as well as cast and forged parts for vehicles, engines and transmissions are produced. This represents the largest value creation at the Stuttgart site. Our high-quality products made of steel and aluminum are found in almost all powertrain aggregates as well as in many current and future (electric) vehicle series. In the Production Planning Structural Parts Powertrain & Chassis department we shape the future of production. The areas of die casting, gravity casting, forging, welding, surface treatment and mechanical processing are planned here. We make production fit for the future! You will become part of the Mechanical Processing and Material Flow team, which specializes in new planning as well as retrofits or conversions for integration of new production lines and products. In addition, we support pre-planning in the technical and economic evaluation of new products and projects.

• Support of the team in intralogistics and material flow planning
• Participation in planning and construction of plants up to operational handover to production area
• General administrative tasks as well as process optimization based on technical data
• Communication with internal and external partners

• Studies in industrial engineering, technical business administration, mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study
• Secure German and English skills in word and writing
• Secure handling of Microsoft Office
• Commitment and teamwork
• Analytical thinking and a strategic way of working
• Internship must have a prescribed mandatory portion
