Intern, Pillar Strategy and Digitalization

To support the Pillar Strategy & Digitalization team at Mercedes-Benz Operations (Future Systems of Manufacturing department), an internship in strategy and digital transformation is offered. The team coordinates and develops the overarching functional strategies. The work can begin from March 2027.

• Support in planning, steering and monitoring strategic projects and work packages
• Independently creating communication and presentation materials for leadership and management bodies
• Helping with the design, organization and follow-up of meetings and workshops
• Developing concepts for strategy development and digital transformation and supporting their implementation
• Support in developing and introducing new methods, processes and digital tools to ensure project success

• Studying industrial engineering, business administration, media and communication studies or a comparable degree program
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Strong independence, initiative and teamwork
• Analytical thinking and a structured, strategic way of working
• Interest in strategic questions and concept development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different target groups
• Excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility and enjoyment of varied tasks
