Intern Strategic Purchasing with Focus on Award Management & Cooperations

In the Strategic Purchasing department, we are responsible for managing award processes, cooperations, and supporting central decision-making and coordination committees. This includes coordinating awards for new product projects, collaborating with internal and external partners, and participating in strategic purchasing decisions. For this challenging and exciting area of responsibility, we are looking for you as an Intern in Strategic Purchasing with a focus on Award Management & Cooperations.

• Support in coordinating and managing award scopes for new product projects with high purchasing volume
• Participation in the organizational and content-related preparation and follow-up of award committees
• Creation of presentation materials for management and support with evaluations and analyses
• Collaboration with various internal interfaces, particularly in purchasing and project environments
• Support in managing and implementing cooperations with external partner companies
• Participation in the creation and implementation of cooperation agreements
• Preparation and participation in internal and external coordination and management committees
• Support in the further development of standards and processes in the cooperation environment
• Preparation of team meetings in coordination with the manager
• Support in the preparation and execution of workshops and cross-departmental projects
• Independent assumption of sub-projects and special tasks

• Degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Proficient German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Commitment and a high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
• Strong team and communication skills
• High willingness to perform and a structured way of working
• Analytical thinking, conceptual skills, and an independent and strategic way of working
