Intern Technical Vocational Training (Mandatory Internship)

Mandatory internship in technical vocational training at the Esslingen-Brühl plant site. You get a real insight into Mercedes-Benz technical vocational training, from working with apprentices and projects to organising large events. The work can start from March 2027.

• Work on exciting projects related to technical training
• Support in recruiting and looking after our future apprentices
• Help in applicant management for apprenticeships and school internships
• Insights into selection processes and job interviews
• Direct contact with apprentices and trainers
• Help with events such as youth assemblies, graduation celebrations or recruiting events
• Independently take on organisational and administrative tasks
• Maintain and analyse data and help create presentations for management
• Work on innovative topics around digitalisation and artificial intelligence

• Course of study in business administration, human resources management, business psychology, vocational education, economics or a comparable field
• Enjoyment of organisation and project work
• Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
• Interest in digital technologies and artificial intelligence
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Structured and independent way of working
• Openness to new people and topics
• Creativity and enthusiasm for varied tasks
