Mercedes-Benz is undergoing one of the largest transformations in its corporate history. In the environment of the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS) and the Mercedes Excellence System (MxS), we support organizational units in successfully establishing new forms of collaboration, end-to-end value streams, lean and agile principles, and modern development processes. In the MxS (Mercedes Excellence System) and Development Processes team, you work directly on strategically relevant transformation initiatives and link scientific methods with a real-world application field in a global corporation.

• Support and analysis of transformation and change initiatives in the MB.OS (Mercedes-Benz Operating System) environment
• Investigation of success factors for the introduction of new ways of working and processes
• Development and evaluation of measures for organizational development and employee empowerment
• Analysis of connections between transformation, collaboration, and performance
• Conception and scientific evaluation of digital or AI (Artificial Intelligence) supported approaches
• Conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research projects with direct corporate relevance
• Derivation of practical recommendations for action for managers and transformation leaders

• Degree program in Psychology, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Economics, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable program
• Interest in transformation, change management, organizational development, or new forms of work
• Very good German and English skills in both spoken and written form
• Ideally first practical experience in a corporate or consulting environment
• Structured and independent work style
• Analytical thinking skills and interest in scientific work
• Availability for a period of six months
