What You'll Learn
- As a working student, you independently take on tasks and support us in exciting projects around digitalization, data analysis, and management control
- Participation in the implementation of digitalization and automation initiatives
- Development and further development of Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting
- Analysis and visualization of data to support management decisions
- Support in strategic projects and cross-divisional initiatives
- Creation of management presentations, reports, and decision templates
- Participation in the organization and control of management committees and workshops
- Identification of optimization potential in processes and workflows
- Support in the further development of modern tools, methods, and ways of working
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable degree program
- Interest in digitalization, data analysis, and strategic corporate management
- First practical experience in project management, controlling, or analytics is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Power BI or comparable BI tools is desirable
- Analytical and structured way of thinking
- High self-initiative and independent working style
- Enthusiasm for digital technologies and innovative solutions
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Curiosity about strategic issues and management processes
- Joy in taking responsibility and driving things forward
