Working Student Consumer Technology in Interior

In the department "RD/MII Interior Lighting, Trim Parts, Consumer Tech Modules & Systems" we are responsible for the conception and implementation of attractive and innovative wireless chargers. With our development work we contribute significantly to the customer perception of our vehicles. To continuously enhance the customer experience, we take feedback from various channels seriously and derive product further developments and improvements from it. As a working student in our team you support us in quality analysis, quality rework and conception of quality-enhancing measures.

• Collaboration in the topic area "Consumer Technology in Interior" with focus on customer feedback and quality enhancement
• Analysis and evaluation of internal feedback (IFQS database)
• Support with creative ideas and concepts as well as graphical representation for visualization of strategic questions regarding customer feedback
• Support in creation of videos and learning clips
• Organization and conduct of workshops for teams and managers
• Collaboration in development, research and testing of innovative methods and tools for continuous improvement
• Research on trends and future fields of systems and technologies

• Studies in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable course of study
• Secure and very good German and English skills in word and writing
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Affinity for graphical representations and media as well as a good sense for visual implementation
• Experience with Jira and Confluence an advantage
• High self-initiative and motivation as well as organizational talent
• Commitment and teamwork
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
