Working Student Project Management & AI-Supported Digitalization

Working student role in Böblingen supporting strategic digitalization and AI initiatives in modern development and engineering processes, working closely with project leads from IT and business departments.

• Supporting project management in planning, steering and implementing strategic digitalization and AI initiatives
• Helping to gather, structure and prioritize requirements (requirements engineering)
• Preparing, moderating and following up workshops and project meetings
• Creating management presentations and decision papers
• Supporting the analysis, evaluation and introduction of new AI-supported solutions and ways of working
• Preparing complex topics for different audiences in a clear, audience-appropriate way
• Carrying out research, analyses and special tasks related to digitalization, AI and process optimization
• Supporting the further development of processes, methods and collaboration formats

• Ongoing studies in economics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, digitalization and new technologies
• Ability to quickly find your way into complex technological and process topics
• First experience in project management, requirements engineering or business analysis is an advantage
• Interest in product development, digital platforms and data-driven processes
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Confident use of MS Office
• First experience with tools such as Jira, Miro/Mural, Github or comparable collaboration tools
• Structured, analytical and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly
• Confident manner and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• Quick grasp and willingness to take responsibility
• Teamwork, initiative and a high level of reliability
