• Support in the preparation, execution and follow-up of workshops, meetings and management appointments
• Creation and preparation of presentations, reports and decision documents
• Research and analysis of topics from the areas of digitalization, artificial intelligence, logistics and process management
• Support in project management activities, deadline tracking and action management
• Organization and coordination of cross-divisional coordination
• Preparation of information from various sources, e.g. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira and Confluence
• Support in communication and change activities
• Participation in innovation and automation projects

• Degree program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable course of study
• Structured and independent way of working
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
• Pronounced organizational skills and a high degree of initiative
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook
• Interest in digitalization, process optimization and applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
