As part of the world's leading shipping line MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, we are looking for reinforcement for our team at MSC Germany in Hamburg in Trade Export & Import, Special Cargo or Automotive.
What You'll Learn
- Preparing ocean freight billing
- Analysing invoice errors and internal quality checks for process optimisation
- Creating and maintaining vessel schedules, including vessel changes
- Entering and updating ocean freight terms and local costs
- Communicating with other agents in Germany and abroad
- Handling invoice complaints
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training (preferably in shipping, forwarding/logistics)
- Careful and conscientious work with a detail- and solution-oriented mindset
- Enjoys working in a team
- Performance- and results-oriented work style and good self-organisation
- Good German and English skills
