Assistant Store Manager / Deputy Branch Manager

You support the store management in our nahkauf store with all tasks and, when needed, act as deputy, taking responsibility as a manager.

• You not only help implement the sales concept, but also actively contribute your ideas to shaping the range and carrying out advertising and sales measures.
• You manage sales, cost and inventory development and the implementation of quality management.
• You support your team with advice and action, lead by example and create the duty rosters.
• Respectful leadership at eye level and trusting cooperation are a matter of course for you.
• You ensure that our customers feel completely comfortable through competent advice and friendly service.
• You ensure excellent product presentation, freshness and cleanliness with your eye for detail.
• You are responsible for compliance with legal and company regulations.

• Your commercial training, preferably in food retail - a qualification as Handelsfachwirt is a plus
• Ideally your work experience as a store management assistant or as a sales manager
• Your drive to perform, organizational skills and results-oriented way of working
• Your leadership skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Your flexibility from Monday to Saturday from 06:00 - 20:00
