Apprenticeship as Management Assistant for Digitalization Management 2027

In your 2.5-year apprenticeship, you will attend vocational school two days a week at the Oberstufenzentrum Leopold Ullstein in Berlin Charlottenburg during school terms, and work in daily business and IT-related projects with your colleagues on an equal footing on the other three days. During practical phases, you will gain insights into IT processes, IT project management, IT strategy and security, (online) sales, human resources, and controlling. You can contribute your deployment preferences.

After successful completion of the apprenticeship, you analyze and optimize digital processes by thoroughly examining data and existing workflows. You procure and implement IT products and services, develop customized solutions when needed, and take care of the security and maintenance of devices such as computers, telephone systems, and tablets so that your colleagues in the GASAG Group can always work reliably with them.

You are curious, want to contribute to the energy transition, and enjoy working in a team as much as we do. You are interested in economic contexts and enjoy computer science, have an affinity for computers and software. You like to analyze everything thoroughly and then look for practical solutions. You have successfully completed your (technical) high school diploma with a good average grade. You have German language skills at level C1 at the start of the apprenticeship to successfully master the challenges.

We work together with our own laptops, sometimes in the office on the innovative EUREF campus and sometimes remotely from home. With good performance during the apprenticeship and after successful completion, there are good chances of being hired. You get 30 days of vacation, December 24 and 31 are off, and we support you in exam preparation. You receive a lunch allowance and a monthly credit for diverse shopping in common stores (Pluxee card). We cover the costs for a public transport ticket and your school books. To enrich our working day, there are many events such as apprenticeship trips, sports days, summer parties, Christmas parties, and project events. You will become part of a great team with many apprentices and a dedicated training management.
