Your goal: after three years as a store manager, lead your own team. First you learn everything about fabrics, styles, and colors to create a successful shopping experience for our customers as a fashion consultant. In visual merchandising your creativity is needed to optimally showcase our latest styles. For your store's success you monitor the business development and derive appropriate measures. Step by step you take on more responsibility for leading and developing your employees. You are never alone – your trainer coaches and accompanies you on the path to becoming a manager.
