• In our upper-secondary graduate program, you complete the apprenticeship as a retail salesperson, the further qualification as a retail sales specialist, and the trainer qualification
• Your goal is to lead your own team as a store manager after three years. First, you learn everything about fabrics, styles, and colors to create a successful shopping experience for our customers as a fashion advisor
• Your creativity is needed in visual merchandising because the latest styles need to be presented perfectly
• You keep an eye on the financial development of your store and derive suitable measures for its success
• Step by step, you take on more responsibility for leading and developing your employees
• You are never alone: your trainer coaches and supports you on your way to becoming a manager

• You have successfully completed your Abitur and will have your certificate in hand by the start of the apprenticeship at the latest
