Training as a Specialist Salesperson in Food Trades, Butchery - 2027

Full-time training as a specialist salesperson in food trades specialising in butchery, starting on 1 September 2027. At the fresh-food counter, you will make meat and sausage products according to in-house recipes and advise customers.

• Present and label meat, sausage and cheese products attractively at the sales counters
• Conduct advisory and sales conversations
• Independently make specialities according to in-house recipes
• Use digital market and checkout systems
• Order, check and store meat and sausage products

• Interest in the specialities sold at the fresh-food counters
• Enjoyment of learning, creativity and working with meat and sausage products
• Reliability and ability to work in a team
• Enjoyment of contact with people
• At least a good lower secondary school certificate
