In our Abiturienten programme you complete the apprenticeship as a retail salesperson, the further training as a specialist in retail sales and the qualification as a trainer; Your goal: After three years as a store manager to lead your own team. Initially you learn everything about fabrics, styles and colours to create a successful shopping experience for our customers as a fashion consultant; In visual merchandising your creativity is required to showcase our latest styles optimally; For the success of your store you keep an eye on the business development and initiate appropriate measures; Step by step you take on more responsibility for the management and development of your employees; You are never alone – your trainer coaches and accompanies you on the way to becoming a manager; Theoretical training at the renowned retail education centre in Goslar; Support through practical training and management seminars
