• In our high-school graduate program you complete the apprenticeship as a retail salesman, the further training as a retail management specialist in sales and the qualification as a trainer
• Your goal: After three years as a store manager to lead your own team. Initially you learn everything about fabrics, styles and colors to create a successful shopping experience for our customers as a fashion consultant
• In visual merchandising your creativity is required, as it is about presenting our latest styles optimally
• For the success of your branch you keep an eye on the business development and derive appropriate measures
• Piece by piece you take on more responsibility for the leadership and development of your employees
• You are never alone - your trainer coaches and accompanies you on the way to becoming a manager

• You have successfully completed your Abitur (high school diploma) and hold the certificate at the latest at the start of the apprenticeship
