In your apprenticeship as a specialist salesperson in the food trade – focus on butchery – everything revolves around quality, freshness and enjoyment. You become the contact person for our customers and actively shape the shopping experience at the fresh food counter.

Customer advice & service: You advise our customers competently on fresh sausage and meat products and their preparation. Creative presentation: You develop your own ideas for platter and gift service or finger food and learn how to present the counter attractively and to promote sales. Quality & freshness: You learn how to check fresh products, store them correctly and manage them optimally. Hygiene & cleanliness: You ensure the highest hygiene standards – for safe food and a clean working environment.

School leaving certificate: at least a secondary school diploma. Foodie: You have a passion for food. Customer favorite: You enjoy customer contact and are communicative. Team player: You integrate well into a team. Motivation: You are motivated and show willingness to perform.
