Customer Service Branch Banking

Braunschweigische Landessparkasse (BLSK) is part of the NORD/LB group and is one of the five largest savings banks in Lower Saxony. It is looking for support for customer service in branch banking. Pay follows pay group 5 of the collective agreement for public banks, start immediately.

• You welcome our customers in the branch, identify their needs and pass them on precisely to our advisors or the customer service center.
• You actively make customer calls, arrange advisory appointments and support sales campaigns.
• You inform our customers about our digital and personal services and get them excited about our multichannel world.
• You handle customer inquiries and complaints in a service-oriented way and find suitable solutions.
• You take on organizational tasks around branch operations and ensure smooth running, including looking after self-service machines and cash systems.

• You have successfully completed commercial or banking training or have a comparable qualification.
• You are friendly, confident and service-oriented and enjoy working with people.
• You recognize customer needs, communicate reliably and work in a solution-oriented way.
• You are interested in digital banking services and help customers use our service channels.
• You work reliably and responsibly and keep an overview even in a varied working day.
