Working Student Product & Process Training - OBI PRO Tech Team

In the OBI PRO Tech Team, OBI develops tailored digital products and services for professional customers from trades and commerce, including modern CRM solutions for PRO advisors. The role sits at the interface of software development, didactics and user support.

• Continuously create, structure and maintain practical training materials and guides for our PRO CRM
• Prepare complex system functions for the target audience in various media such as guides, cheat sheets, presentations, short video tutorials or interactive e-learnings
• Work closely with the CRM product team to turn new features and process changes into understandable documentation early on
• Direct dialogue with our PRO advisors in the stores to gather feedback and close knowledge gaps
• Actively network within the whole PRO department to ensure transparent and easily accessible product and process knowledge

• Current studies in business, business informatics, media/communication studies, education or a comparable degree
• Strong sense for clear wording, joy in visual presentation and in conveying technical topics skillfully
• Great interest in modern CRM systems and first practical experience with common CMS tools such as Google Sites or Confluence
• Strong empathy for users, attentive listening and openness when dealing with different people
• Structured, self-reliant approach combined with proactive problem solving
• Very good German and English, spoken and written
• Ideally you are available for at least 12 months for 15–20 hours per week
