• You actively and service-oriented support our policyholders and claimants, ensuring reliable and prioritized communication.
• Your tasks also include recording and examining new claims, initiating further steps, and appointing experts according to specified guidelines.
• You review claims reports, cost estimates, and invoices, prepare them for further processing, and compare or complete settlement letters and payment information.
• For claims processing, you work closely with internal interfaces, our contractual partners, and the risk carrier, documenting all relevant information in our portfolio management system.
• In doing so, you adhere to our SLA requirements, quality standards, and defined processes, and always treat sensitive data confidentially.

• You have completed training as an insurance and finance clerk.
• Ideally you already had contact with motor vehicle claims management or gained professional experience in this area.
• You can quickly and confidently adapt to different people and their concerns, creating a trusting conversational atmosphere.
• With the necessary empathy, you respond to various situations and customer needs, keeping a cool head with composure and humor even in hectic moments.
• You work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner, maintaining an overview even with multiple claims and different priorities.
• You enjoy working in a team and take pleasure in handling the often emotional topics surrounding damage to our customers' beloved vehicles.
