Clerk Contract & Broker Service

OCC insures classic, camper and tuned vehicles with the brands OCC, Campingfreunde and Offlane. They are looking for reinforcement for the contract and broker service team in Lübeck.

• Independently handling contract matters: contract questions, changes and terminations in standard business from inquiry to completion
• Competent contact for customers, brokers and agents, advising by phone and in writing on insurance, contracts and cooperation
• Looking after broker and agent relationships in daily business, maintaining data, handling broker agreements and commission matters
• Support with new applications, expert reports and customer portal requests
• Ensuring smooth processes, high data quality and careful documentation in line with process and data protection rules

• Completed commercial training, ideally as an insurance and financial investment clerk, with good knowledge of insurance and customer service
• Clear and friendly communication, a sense for the needs of customers and brokers, structured and service-oriented way of working
• Digitally savvy, confident with MS Office and motivated to keep improving services
• True team player who feels comfortable in a fast-paced environment with short decision paths and likes to pitch in
