Customer Service Representative in Private Client Insurance

Mapra Assekuranzkontor GmbH is one of the leading insurance brokers in the region and part of the Martens & Prahl Group in Lübeck. As a mid-sized brokerage, it works independently of insurance companies and advises businesses and private individuals. The position is to be filled full-time as soon as possible.

• Active customer service and advice for private and small business customers
• Handling all business transactions (contracts and claims)
• Negotiations with insurers and clients
• Creating insurance analyses and insurance offers
• Customer presentations

• Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk, ideally with further training as an insurance specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience, preferably in property and casualty insurance in a brokerage or insurance company in an internal role; knowledge of personal insurance rounds off your profile
• Good knowledge of products and terms in the insurance market
• You bring commitment, team spirit and a sense of responsibility
• You are eager to learn and believe that you never stop learning
• You work conscientiously and thoroughly and live your role as a service provider to the customer
