You carry out the monthly payroll accounting including all associated follow-up activities and ensure timely and correct accounting. You monitor and maintain relevant employee data in our HR service landscape and ensure its currency and completeness. You check incoming payments, maintain and post time data, and process accident reports. You support and advise employees and managers on all payroll-related issues. You work closely with internal and external interfaces and ensure smooth information exchange.

You have successfully completed commercial training. Ideally as a payroll accountant or tax clerk. You have already gained professional experience in payroll accounting. You have knowledge of social security and wage tax law and ideally have already worked with collective agreements. You have good user skills in MS Office products and SAP knowledge. You enjoy working in a team and approach your tasks in a structured and solution-oriented manner. A service-oriented approach to our employees is a matter of course for you. Your German language skills correspond to at least level B2.
