Clerk Procurement and Inventory Management

You check order confirmations and delivery notes and monitor delivery dates. In case of delays, you coordinate with the responsible purchasers, carry out reminders, and ensure timely performance. You process and post delivery notes, material issue slips, and inventory documents, ensure completeness and proper filing, and handle their archiving. In addition, you support the maintenance of master and transaction data and create statistics on error rates. You manage the office supplies warehouse and assist in the organization and administration of inventory. Furthermore, you take on additional administrative tasks. You support procurement processes and award procedures, conduct market research, obtain comparative offers, and create price comparisons. You also assist in negotiations and presentation appointments and carry out necessary research, for example, on price deviations. You handle order processing.

You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training. You bring professional experience in materials management/purchasing. Your German language skills correspond to at least level B2. You are proficient in MS Office applications and ideally have SAP knowledge. You are characterized by a structured and self-organized working style, strong organizational talent, and high IT affinity. You possess a class B driver's license.
