• Develop technologies for generating unique optical effects on high-security foils and banknotes.
• Design novel security features based on optically variable micro- and nanostructures and layer systems.
• Lead product development projects from initial idea to mass production.
• Transfer laboratory results to production scale.
• Collaborate with external companies and universities.

• You have successfully completed a degree in physics, preferably with a doctorate.
• You have good knowledge in the field of micro- and nano-optics.
• You have good programming skills and/or experience in numerical simulation of micro- and nano-optical systems.
• Experience in the production and characterization of micro- and nanostructures is an advantage.
• You are characterized by creativity and analytical skills.
• You have strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and work flexibly, with commitment and personal responsibility.
• You have very good written and spoken English skills.
