Process Engineer

You optimize production processes in the Finishing and Refining department. You act as an application engineer for web inspection systems, measuring devices, sensors, and the associated control technology for all equipment. You handle troubleshooting and develop new tools to increase equipment KPIs. You ensure smooth production workflows between the Finishing and Refining areas. You continuously train and develop all department employees. You work closely with managers, production, and technology in daily operations. You support Technology and R&D in implementing and industrializing new processes and products. You are willing to pursue further education in project management or Green/Black Belt certification.

You have a successfully completed degree in Printing, Paper, or Process Engineering (or a comparable university degree). Ideally, you bring relevant experience in colors, printing, paper, or inspection, measurement, and control technology. You have strong competencies in applying statistical methods and preferably also Lean methods. You are characterized by very good communication and teamwork skills. You work responsibly and independently, always pursuing a quality-oriented work style. You show interest and a strong affinity for modern information technologies.
