Apprenticeship in the Retail Abitur Programme

PENNY’s Abitur programme prepares participants for a management position within around three years. It combines three qualifications: retail sales clerk after 18 months, retail management specialist and AEVO trainer qualification after a further 18 months.

Manage the flow, storage and control of goods in the market; support customers in the market; work as part of a team and gain initial experience in employee management.

Abitur or subject-specific university entrance qualification with a practical component in business; confident and self-assured manner; strong communication skills; assertiveness and organisational talent; reliability and willingness to take responsibility.
