About this Apprenticeship
PENNY is part of the REWE Group and employs more than 31,000 people in around 2,130 stores, 10 logistics locations, and its headquarters. During your two-year apprenticeship, you will receive internal training and prepare for a position as a sales assistant in one of our stores.
What You'll Learn
- We provide internal training during your two-year apprenticeship and prepare you for a sales assistant position in one of our stores.
- In seminars and practical days, you learn about the flow of goods, from ordering to placing products correctly in the store.
- You look after customers in the store and at the checkout and actively support them.
- Through numerous projects at PENNY, you experience what teamwork means.
Requirements
- You have a lower secondary school certificate and are interested in retail.
- You enjoy working with people and like working in a team.
- You are reliable and flexible.
