About this Apprenticeship
With the Abitur program, PENNY prepares you for a management position in about 3 years, without university. Three qualifications in one program: retail merchant, state-certified retail business specialist and AEVO trainer. Training starts 01.08.2027, planned end 31.01.2029.
What You'll Learn
- You manage the flow of goods in the store as well as storage and control of goods.
- You look after our customers in the store and actively support them.
- You work in a strong team and gain first experience in leading staff.
Requirements
- You have your Abitur or subject-specific university entrance qualification including practical part in business.
- You stand out through confident, self-assured presence and strong communication skills.
- You score with assertiveness and organizational talent.
- You are reliable and gladly take on responsibility.
