Retail Apprenticeship in the Abitur Programme

Retail apprenticeship in PENNY’s Abitur programme in Baunatal/Altenbauna. The full-time programme is initially fixed-term and prepares you for a management position within about three years without university studies. You will earn three qualifications: Retail Salesperson, State-Certified Retail Management Specialist and the AEVO trainer qualification.

You will be prepared for a management position, manage the flow and storage of goods in the store, support customers, work as part of a team and gain your first experience in managing employees.

Abitur or subject-specific university entrance qualification including practical training in business; confident and self-assured manner; strong communication skills; assertiveness and organizational ability; reliability and willingness to take responsibility.

In the first training year, you will receive at least 1,420 euros per month, with an annual increase, plus holiday pay and Christmas bonus from the second year.
