Dual Study Program in Retail Management (B.A.)

Three-year dual study program with alternating theoretical and practical phases preparing you for a management role in sales at PENNY. You will study business administration at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University and gain insight into stores, sales, inventory management, auditing and logistics.

You will complete theoretical and practical phases, qualify for a management role in sales, acquire business administration knowledge and learn about store operations, inventory planning, sales, auditing and logistics. You will work in PENNY stores and field sales and gain initial experience in managing employees.

Abitur or university of applied sciences entrance qualification; enthusiasm for commercial processes in retail; applicants with the latter qualification must complete an aptitude test; ideally initial work experience in retail; confident manner, communication skills, assertiveness and organizational talent.

Monthly salary of at least €1,750 from the first year, with an annual increase; holiday pay and Christmas pay from the second year; shopping discounts at PENNY and REWE plus further corporate benefits; tuition fees covered; rent subsidy, discounted Germany Ticket and technical study equipment; company car after training for district management, also for private use; internal training and projects; permanent employment after graduation for good performance; employee app and six weeks of annual leave.
