We train you internally during your 3-year apprenticeship and prepare you for a position as deputy store manager. With good performance in the company and at vocational school, early admission to the final examination can be applied for. You learn what matters in merchandise management – from ordering to correct placement in the store. You look after our customers in the store and at the checkout and assist them actively. At PENNY you experience in numerous projects what teamwork means.

You have a lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss) or intermediate school certificate (Realschulabschluss) and are interested in retail. You enjoy working with people and like working in a team. You are reliable and flexible.
