• Interesting project work: analyse and assess client processes from initial accounting entries to internal and external reporting for quality, cost and compliance; develop tailored, process-oriented solutions with the opportunity to take responsibility quickly in an interdisciplinary consulting team
• Forward-looking thinking: develop consulting approaches and services, and undertake market-related activities focused on digital technologies for individual and consolidated financial statements
• Quality reviews: examine accounting-related systems and processes, such as group consolidation and logistics systems including inventory valuation
• Varied areas of focus: contribute ideas for redesigning or improving finance, controlling and logistics concepts, and develop concepts for charts of accounts, parallel accounting, reporting, KPI analysis and internal controls
• Flexibility: a mix of office days and working from home agreed with your team, no core working hours and flexible scheduling within business and legal requirements; temporary working in more than 40 countries is possible
• Master's degree support: development through an internal academy, international secondments and ongoing mentoring, plus possible funding for professional exam preparation master's programmes and specialist master's degrees
• Time off: save overtime in an annual working time account and take time off in return; remaining overtime is paid annually, with 30 days of holiday per calendar year
