What PwC Deutschland offers

• Variety of topics: Advise international clients on all aspects of HR transformation, including company acquisitions and investments, spin-offs, restructuring, reorganisations and all types of HR transformation processes.
• Areas of responsibility: Help prepare employee transfers and develop plans for negotiations with employee representatives. Support clients in developing restructuring and workforce reduction plans, including the related project management.
• Client contact: Join international projects from the start and serve as a first point of contact for clients' HR departments and management. Clients include national and international companies across all industries and legal forms, as well as financial investors, particularly private equity firms.
• Flexibility: Agree a mix of office days and working from home with your team. There are no core working hours, and you can arrange your hours flexibly within business needs and employment law. You can also work temporarily in more than 40 countries.
• Professional exams: Develop through the internal Academy, international secondments and ongoing mentoring. Receive support in gaining professional qualifications as an auditor, including the full German auditor qualification, tax adviser or actuary.
• Time off: A block part-time arrangement allows you to take sabbaticals lasting several months. At PwC Germany, you can also save overtime in a personal annual working time account and take time off in return during the year. Remaining overtime is paid out once a year.
