Consultant International Tax Services

For its Tax Advisory business unit, PwC Germany is looking for a Consultant International Tax Services (m/f/d) as soon as possible. As part of the Corporate Tax team, you keep track of national and international tax topics for clients: from bookkeeping and tax returns to restructurings and cross-border transactions.

• Consulting: You support national and international corporate groups with tax questions in connection with cross-border transactions and restructuring measures.
• Transactions: From the start you work on demanding projects, for example cross-border transactions, carve-outs and intra-group restructurings.
• Tax strategy: Together with experienced colleagues you develop individual tax strategies and help optimize international group structures.
• International focus: You handle demanding international tax law questions, including Pillar 2, reorganization tax law and CFC taxation, in an international environment.
• Development: By working on diverse projects, you continuously build your expertise in national and international tax law and grow professionally and personally.

• You have successfully completed a degree in business, law or finance, or a comparable degree with a tax focus, or you are close to graduating.
• You have gained first practical experience in tax through internships or relevant work. To join as a Senior Consultant, you also bring several years of experience in German and international tax law and in project work.
• You are interested in international tax issues, cross-border transactions and the tax support of corporate structures and restructurings.
• You have very good German and English skills, written and spoken. Depending on the team and client environment, additional languages, for example Japanese or Korean, can be an advantage.
• You stand out through your analytical thinking, initiative and a structured way of working in an international consulting environment.
