What PwC Deutschland offers

• Projects: In small project teams, you win and contribute to domestic and international M&A projects for clients in various sectors, such as automotive, industrial products, services, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, consumer goods and retail, private equity, or software and technology.
• Variety: Your tasks include market and company analysis, identifying potential investors or investment targets, valuing companies, and preparing client presentations or sales memoranda.
• Team: You are part of an experienced, active M&A team. You also regularly work in multidisciplinary transaction teams with other PwC departments, such as financial due diligence, valuation or restructuring advisory.
• Technology: With focused training in the latest technologies and tailored AI solutions, you speed up strategic decisions and lay the groundwork for lasting transaction success.
• Flexibility: In agreement with your team, you combine shared office days with working from home. There are no core working hours, so you can arrange your hours flexibly within business needs and employment law. You can also work temporarily in more than 40 countries.
• Master’s support: You continue to develop through the internal Academy, international secondments and ongoing mentoring. Support is also available for master’s programmes that prepare you for professional exams or provide specialist knowledge.
• Time off: You can save overtime in your flexible working time account and take time off after busy periods. A partial payout is possible once a year, with details discussed in person. You also receive 30 days of annual leave per calendar year.
