Consultant MidMarkets Deals

For its Deals business unit, PwC is looking for a Consultant MidMarkets Deals (m/f/d) as soon as possible. In the MidMarkets Deals team you advise companies on M&A transactions and work on varied projects for mid-sized companies and start-ups from a wide range of industries.

• Transaction advisory – As part of our MidMarkets Deals team you advise companies on M&A transactions. Our projects focus on M&A process support, financial due diligence, financial modeling and valuation.
• Variety – Together in the team you work on varied projects for mid-sized companies and start-ups from a wide range of industries.
• Technology – You benefit from the use of state-of-the-art AI technologies in our projects and can contribute to developing tailored solutions for our clients.
• Responsibility – You work in a varied, interdisciplinary and international way and build valuable relationships with our clients.

• You have (soon) completed a degree in business administration, (business) mathematics, (industrial) engineering or a comparable field.
• You have first experience in transaction advisory or company valuation, gained through internships or vocational training.
• You are interested in financial modeling, accounting and M&A and enthusiastic about company valuation, corporate finance, strategic management and capital markets.
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written, round off your profile.
