Contract and Claim Management Construction and Infrastructure

For our Consulting business unit, we are looking for you as soon as possible as Contract and Claim Management Construction and Infrastructure (f/m/d). You combine your project experience in construction and infrastructure projects with a solid understanding of contracts and economic relationships, and further build your know-how in contract and claim management. From offshore wind farms and power grid expansion to plant and industrial construction.

• Projects – You combine your project experience in construction and infrastructure projects with a solid understanding of contracts and economic relationships, and further build your know-how in contract and claim management. From offshore wind farms through power grid expansion to plant and industrial construction, you help use contracts as steering tools and manage claims proactively.
• Responsibility – You manage contract and change order processes across the entire project lifecycle: from tendering and award through construction, schedule and cost control to acceptance and warranty. You analyze construction disruptions, document change orders, and prepare or help carry out negotiations with clients and contractors.
• Variety of tasks – You are the interdisciplinary interface and work closely with Legal, Risk, Controlling and Engineering, use digital tools such as playbooks, claim trackers and dashboards for data-based decisions, and help continuously improve CCM processes.

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, preferably civil engineering or industrial engineering, or a comparable degree program.
• You bring at least 3 years of professional experience as a site manager, project manager or in project control of larger construction or infrastructure projects. During this time you independently handled change orders, scope changes and construction disruptions, and now want to apply your experience in contract and claim management.
• You have very good German skills, spoken and written. English skills are an advantage.
• You think in a team-oriented way, have a confident manner, strong analytical thinking and enjoy complex project structures.
