• Advice on the use and application for medical products
• Postoperative and inpatient care with aids
• Proper dispensing of prescription medical products
• Active sale of over-the-counter health products and services
• Receiving and creating complete consultation records, fitting forms and other customer-related reports
• Evaluation and documentation of the customer's other care needs
• Receiving, fully recording and documenting case and customer data
• Written and telephone correspondence with customers, doctors, clinic staff, etc.

• Completed training as a medical assistant, retail salesperson, occupational therapist, physiotherapist or similar
• Ideally basic medical knowledge and initial work experience in medical supply retail
