- Implementation of personnel planning as well as creation of sales statistics, success controls and settlements to control and steer the market's performance
Requirements
- Good high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification
- Enthusiasm for food retail, ideally first practical experience
- Interest in business administration contexts
- Customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Confident and self-assured demeanor
- Assertiveness, teamwork and organizational talent
- High willingness to perform and ability to keep overview even in stressful situations
