About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- Conducting advisory and sales conversations
- Determining goods requirements and ordering goods
- Storing and checking goods
- Setting up and designing the product range
- Presenting goods and implementing sales promotion measures
- Introduction to staff leadership
- Carrying out staff planning and creating sales statistics, performance checks and accounts to monitor and steer the store's performance
Requirements
- Good Abitur or Fachabitur (university entrance qualification)
- Enthusiasm for food retail, ideally first practical experience
- Interest in business management topics
- Customer orientation and enjoyment of working with people
- Confident and self-assured manner
- Assertiveness, teamwork and organizational talent
- High commitment and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
