What You'll Learn
- Conducting advisory and sales talks
- Determining merchandise requirements and ordering goods
- Storage and control of goods
- Building and designing the product range
- Presenting goods and implementing sales promotion measures
- Introduction to staff management
- Carrying out personnel planning and creating sales statistics, success controls and settlements to control and steer the market's performance
Requirements
- Good high school diploma (Abitur) or technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur)
- Enthusiasm for food retail, ideally first practical experience
- Interest in business management contexts
- Customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Confident and self-assured demeanor
- Assertiveness, teamwork and organizational talent
- High willingness to perform and ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
