What You'll Learn
- Conducting consultation and sales conversations
- Determining goods requirements and ordering goods
- Storing and checking goods
- Setting up and designing the product range
- Presenting goods and carrying out sales promotion measures
- Introduction to staff management
- Carrying out staff planning and creating sales statistics, performance reviews and accounts to monitor and manage the store's performance
Requirements
- Good Abitur or Fachabitur
- Enthusiasm for food retail, ideally first practical experience
- Interest in business management topics
- Customer focus and enjoyment of dealing with people
- Confident and self-assured manner
- Assertiveness, teamwork and organizational talent
- High level of commitment and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
