What You'll Learn
- Learning the butcher's trade: at our meat and sausage counter you learn how meat and sausage products are prepared, processed and sold. You also show customers what makes our products special.
- Contributing your own ideas: you make tasty meat and grill specialties, for example bratwurst and meatballs, and can bring in your own ideas.
- Shaping the counter: you make sure our meat and sausage products are presented attractively and everything looks fresh and inviting.
- Looking behind the scenes: you order goods, check product quality and make sure everything is stored correctly.
Requirements
- By the start of your apprenticeship you have successfully completed school
- You like working with people
- You are interested in good food
