Butcher

Butcher (m/f/d) in Hamminkeln at REWE Dienberg. Start immediately, full-time (part-time possible). You produce meat and sausage products, advise customers and are responsible for the development of your department.

• Management & organization: You are responsible for the sales, cost and inventory development of your department and ensure needs-based ordering and smooth flow of goods.
• Product presentation: You successfully implement our sales concepts, maintain the range and ensure correct price labeling.
• Production & quality: You produce meat and sausage products, process them professionally and always pay attention to the highest quality standards.
• Sales promotion: You plan and carry out sales promotion measures and actively contribute to the development of your department.
• Advice & sales: With your know-how you conduct professional consultations and actively respond to the wishes of our customers.

• Qualification: Completed training as a butcher, ideally in food retail – comparable qualifications are also welcome
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in the meat or delicatessen trade
• Quality awareness: A sense of responsibility and a genuine feel for quality, hygiene and freshness
• Customer orientation: Enjoyment of customer contact, a strong understanding of service and a friendly manner
• Teamwork: Initiative, team spirit and open communication – you like to pitch in and get actively involved
